Mother nature is the longest surviving, most successful business enterprise ever. Nearly four billion years of existence makes nature the most successful R&D lab and knowledge repository of radical ideas on evolution, innovation, design, diversity, competition, leadership, succession, sustainability, collaboration, communications, marketing, strategy etc.
The philosophical underpinnings for the course design draw inspiration from Albert Einstein’s quote, “look deep into nature and you will understand everything better”.
This is probably first-of-its-kind leadership program in India, where participants will imbibe lessons from nature - by staying in nature, exploring nature and expanding horizons of knowledge through this new exposition.
To provide the participants with:
Professional wildlife biologists & strategy and leadership gurus will guide the participants through talks, walks, and safaris in the wilderness, interspersed with classroom lectures and moderated intense discussions. This course combines classroom sessions with hands-on experiences at Tadoba National Park.
You’ll learn about leadership models, nature-inspired strategies, and discuss adaptability and resilience.
Participants will go on safaris to observe animal behaviour, interactions, and responses to their environment.
Before and after the safari, you’ll complete questionnaires to capture changes in your perspective, encouraging deeper personal insights.
Program contents will cover (but not limited to) the following key aspects:
